Agreement Overview
By engaging with the Apps, whether by installation or other use, you enter into a binding legal contract (“EULA”) with THZ Games, herein referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” This agreement affirms your commitment to adhere to the EULA’s terms and conditions, asserts your ownership or control over the device where the App is installed, and confirms your capacity and authority to agree to and follow the EULA’s stipulations as if physically signed by you. This EULA encompasses any updates, supplements, or services for the Apps not covered under separate agreements. Installation or use of any App signifies acceptance of this EULA. Should you disagree with any part of this EULA, please refrain from installing or using the Apps.
We offer various subscription plans for games through platforms such as Apple or Google.
- Your payment shall be made in accordance with the payment policy of the platform you use. You may change the payment methods.
- Information regarding the service you are subscribing to, payment plan (including yearly or monthly plans), subscription period, expiration date, and subscription cancellation will be provided to you prior to making your payment.
- Information regarding the renewal of your subscription will be provided to you 24 hours before the end of your subscription period and shall be automatically renewed unless you expressly cancel the renewal. Please be advised that the renewal fee will be automatically charged to you upon the renewal of the subscription period.
- You can cancel the auto-renewal via your account management feature on your platform of use.
- You shall remain responsible and liable for any and all purchases you have made during the subscription period, even if you cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Significant changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated through reasonable means, including an in-app message upon opening the App. Your continued use after amendments signifies acceptance. Discontinue use if you disagree with any changes.

Consumer Notice:
Legal rights specific to your jurisdiction may apply in addition to the terms of this EULA. Some EULA provisions may not apply to you if deemed unenforceable in your jurisdiction. Any unenforceable terms do not affect the remainder of the EULA, which will remain in effect.
The use of the Apps is also subject to our Privacy Policy and may include additional payment terms and other requirements as outlined on the purchase or download page.
